Newman's Own Candidacy

The title refers to something Michael Moore said to a group at a "secret" meeting of "Hollywood's elite" (I got the Idea reading an article by Alex Jones). Evidently, influential hollywood insiders believe that it's already determined that Arnold Schwarzenegger will be the next Republican presidential candidate. Reacting in the most knee-jerk possible way, Moore is advocating the nomination of "some beloved American" (famous in hollywood), such as Robert Redford or Paul Newman as the only possible defense against such a fiendish plot.

The situation has heated up since I began doing research/development a few weeks ago. Just a few days ago, Jon Bon Jovi, who has been a supportive backer of Democratic candidates in the last two presidential elections, announced to media outlets that he will enthusiastically support Schwarzenegger if he's nominated...
